Description
Some cats cannot be held for a nail trim. A grooming bag is the tool groomers use instead: the cat sits inside with their head out, and you open only the part you need to work on.
Details
- Zip closure — the cat goes in, the head stays out, your hands stay out of reach of the back claws.
- Three sizes — 17 by 9 inches, 18 by 9.5 inches and 19 by 10.5 inches, in black.
- For the jobs that cannot wait — nails, ears, a medicated wipe, a tick check.
Use it safely
This is a restraint, so treat it like one. Never leave a cat in the bag unattended, keep sessions to a couple of minutes, and stop immediately if your cat panics or struggles hard rather than pushing through. Most cats need a few short, boring sessions before it is routine. If nails are the problem, try trimming the nails of a cat who will not let you first — plenty of cats never need a bag.
